Spaghetti With Homemade Meatballs

  1. Heat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Pour water over bread in a mixing bowl.
  3. Let soak about 3 minutes.
  4. Add beef, beaten eggs, Parmesan, parsley, salt, oregano, pepper flakes (if using), garlic and onion powder.
  5. Mix well.
  6. Shape into apx.
  7. 1-inch meatballs.
  8. Place on cookie sheet (with sides) and bake for about 10 minutes.
  9. Place meatballs in a large pot with sauce and simmer for 30-40 minutes (covered).
  10. Be very gentle if you stir.
  11. Serve over hot, cooked spaghetti that has been tossed with butter.
