Peanut butter cheesecake swirl brownies
- 1 box brownie mix
- 1/4 cup vegtable oil
- 2/3 cup water
- 2 large eggs
- 1/2 lb cream cheese
- 5 tbsp peanut butter
- 2 large eggs
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 3 tbsp flour
- 3/4 tsp vanilla
- Preheat oven to 350.
- Spray pan with non stick spray.
- Prepare box of brownies as directed on box.
- Pour half of batter in 9x13 pan.
- Mix cream cheese, peanut butter, 2 eggs, sugar, flour and vanilla together.
- Spoon tablespoons of cream cheese mixture onto brownie batter in pan.
- Pour remaining brownie batter on top.
- Take knife and swirl brownie and cream cheese mixture together
- Bake for 25 minutes or until a tooth pick stuck into the middle comes out clean.
