Spicy Turkey Chili

  1. Brown turkey in a large pot over medium high heat.
  2. Drain grease.
  3. Add remaining ingredients to turkey.
  4. Bring it to a boil then turn down heat and allow to simmer 1 to 2 hours, and serve with crackers or cornbread.
  5. There is some flexibility in ingredients.
  6. I prefer kidney beans, but my husband prefers black beans in his chili.
  7. Its delicious with either.
  8. Also, I like a thicker, heartier chili, so I rarely add a whole cup of water.
  9. You can add the amount of water for your desired consistency.
