Chicken Fried Pork with Sweet Jalapeno Sauce

  1. Place pork chops between 2 pieces of plastic wrap and pound with a meat mallet or rolling pin until about 1/2-inch thick.
  2. Season both sides with salt and black pepper.
  3. In a shallow dish, combine flour and garlic and herb seasoning.
  4. Mix well.
  5. Add pork to flour mixture and turn to coat both sides.
  6. Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  7. Add pork and cook 2 minutes per side, until golden brown.
  8. Meanwhile, in a small bowl, combine beef broth, jalapenos and honey.
  9. Mix until blended.
  10. Add broth-jalapeno mixture to the pork and bring to a simmer.
  11. Simmer 3 to 5 minutes, until pork is cooked through and sauce thickens.
