Cottage Cheese Salad Recipe
- 1 box Jello (any flavor)
- 1 16 ounce. small curd cottage cheese
- 1 12 ounce. can of crushed pineapple
- 1 10 ounce. tub of whipping cream
- Drain the pineapple.
- Mix the cottage cheese and whipping cream together, till well blended.
- Next, stir in the pineapple.
- Mix well.
- Stir in Jello mix.
- Mix well till Jello is completely dissolved.
- Refrigerate4 hrs prior to serving.
