• 50 lb Yukon Gold Potatoes
• 5 lb Butter
• 1 1/2 lb Cream Cheese
• 1 quart Heavy Whipping Cream
• 1 Salt
• 1 Pepper

1. dice potatoes
2. Steam potatoes
3. melt butter, heavy whipping cream and cream cheese
