Flora's Egg in the Hole Burger

• 1 pd. lean ground beef
• 1 salt to taste
• 1 pepper to taste
• 1 a couple shakes of whorcheshire sauce.
• 4 eggs

1. In a bowl combine all ingredients except the eggs.
2. Pat the burgers out thin and flat onto a piece of parchment paper
3. Using a glass cut out a hole in the center of each burger.
4. Place the burger into the hot pan and crack the egg into the center
5. Fry on each side until the egg is set and the meat is cooked.
6. enjoy with your fave toppings
