Sausage `N Cheese Bake Recipe
- 8 ounce. can Pillsbury refrigerated quick crescent rolls
- 8 ounce. pkg. (10) Swift Brown & Serve sausages, thawed & sliced
- 2 c. shredded Monterey Jack cheese (8 ounce.)
- 4 Large eggs, beaten
- 3/4 c. lowfat milk
- 2 tbsp. minced green pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon oregano
- Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
- Separate crescent dough into 2 large rectangles.
- Place in ungreased 9 x 13 inch pan.
- Press over bottom and 1/2 inch up sides to create crust.
- Seal perforations.
- Place sliced sausages over crust.
- Sprinkle with cheese.
- Combine remaining ingredients; pour over cheese.
- Bake 20-25 min till deep golden.
- Chill any leftovers.
- Serves 5-6.
