Spaghetti Crescent Casserole
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1 envelope spaghetti sauce mix
- 1/2 c. sour cream
- 8 oz. Pillsbury crescent dinner rolls
- 2 c. cooked spaghetti
- 2 Tbsp. margarine, melted
- 1/4 c. chopped onion
- 2 c. spaghetti sauce
- 1 1/2 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese
- 1/3 c. Parmesan cheese
- Brown meat and onion; drain.
- Stir in sauce mix and spaghetti sauce; heat until hot and bubbly.
- Combine Mozzarella cheese and sour cream.
- Spread spaghetti into an ungreased 9 x 13-inch baking dish.
- Pour meat mixture over spaghetti.
- Spoon cheese mixture over meat.
- Separate crust dough into two rectangles and place over cheese mixture.
- Combine Parmesan cheese and margarine. Crumble evenly over the dough.
- Bake at 375u0b0 for 20 to 25 minutes. Bread crumbs, buttered, can be substituted for the rolls.
