Gingersnaps Recipe
- 1/2 c. butter
- 1/2 c. molasses
- 1 c. dark brown sugar, well packed
- 2 tsp. ginger
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 2 tsp. baking soda
- 1 egg
- 3 1/2 c. pastry flour
- Note: If you do not have pastry flour, combine 2 c. of all purpose flour with 1 1/2 c. of cake flour and sift together.
- Preheat oven to 400
