Instant Idli Dhokla
- 1 cup Gram flour (besan)
- 1/2 cup curd cheese (stirred)
- 1 teaspoon green chili peppers
- 1 teaspoon ginger paste
- 1 x salt to taste
- 1 pinch salt fruit salt
- 1 pinch turmeric
- 1 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1 x curry leaves optional
- 1 teaspoon mustard seeds
- 2 teaspoon vegetable oil
- 1 x cilantro coriander leaves (chopped)
- 2 1/2 each green chili peppers (vertically slit)
- Take 1 cup besan for 2 ppl.
- add half cup of curd in it, and add half cup of water in it, mix it well and keep it for 4 to5 hours for fermentation.
- After 4 to 5 hour add little pinch of turmeric, salt according to your taste, 1/4 teaspoon sugar (it won't make ur dhokla sweet.
- It will only enhance the taste.
- ), chopped green chillies, ginger paste and last add 1 whole pinch of eno (fruit salt Flavour Simple flavour).dis eno.
- It will ll make your batter fluffy....now your batter is ready...
- Now boil water in idli maker.
- Grease your idlis tray n pour dat mixture on it, cover with lid steam it for 25 to 30 min.
- For tadka: put oil in pan, heat it dn add mustard seeds in it dn green chillies (cut green chillies slit, long stripes I mean), add coriander and little bit water.
- very little and bring 1 or 2 boil and finally switch off d gas and spread dat mixture on your idlis dhokla with your steamed.
- Serve with tamarind chutney or with coriander chutney.
