Chocolate Chip Corn Flake Cookies Recipe

• 2 1/4 c. flour
• 1/8 teaspoon salt
• 1 c. soft butter
• 2 c. corn flakes
• 1/2 c. sugar
• 1 egg
• 1 teaspoon vanilla
• 1 pkg. chocolate chips

1. Sift flour and salt together.
2. Cream butter and sugar till light and fluffy.
3. Fold in egg and vanilla.
4. Add in flour and mix till smooth.
5. Stir in corn flakes and chocolate chips.
6. Drop by spoonful onto cookie sheet.
7. Press slightly with fork.
8. Bake at 350 degrees 10-12 min.
9. Makes about 4 dozen 2 inch cookies.
