Simple Country Blackberry Cobbler

  1. In a saucepan add blackberries, cream,wine one cup of the sugar, the extract and spices and bring to a boil.
  2. reduce heat and simmer until reduced, stirring often.
  3. Pour berries unto bottom of a greased casserole dish.
  4. Mix together remaining cup of sugar with flour and milk and spread over top of berry mixture.
  5. Bake for 1 hour on 400 degrees or until bubbly and top is golden brown.
