Beef Tenderloin With Blue Cheese Crust Recipe

  1. Wipe and pat dry the steaks with a damp cloth.
  2. Mix the oil, vinegar, and grnd pepper.
  3. Brush the mix over the steaks.
  4. Let the steaks stir in the fridge for 2 hrs, turning occasionally.
  5. Combine the rest of the ingredients in a food processor and mix till it becomes a thick paste.
  6. On a greased grill, cook the steaks for 3-4 min, flip them over, and cover with the cheese mix.
  7. Pat the cheese mix down with a spatula to flatten it.
  8. Cook for another few min till the cheese is melted and the steaks are at the desired doneness.
