Vineyard Rice Salad

  1. Prepare rice as directed on package; place in large bowl.
  2. Cover.
  3. Refrigerate 20 min.
  4. Add remaining ingredients; mix lightly.
  5. Cover.
  6. Refrigerate an additional 30 min.
  7. to blend the flavors.
  8. Store leftover salad in refrigerator.
