Holiday Caramel Mix

• 12 ounces Crispix cereal
• 6 ounces original goldfish crackers
• 6 ounces pretzels
• 1 cup butter
• 1 12 cups light brown sugar
• 14 cup white Karo syrup

1. Place first three ingredients in a large brown paper bag.
2. Shake to mix.
3. In a pot, boil butter, sugar, and syrup for 3 minutes.
4. Pour boiling mixture over cereal mixture in bag.
5. Shake gently.
6. Microwave bag for 1 - 1 1/2 minutes.
7. Remove bag and shake.
8. Repeat step #4 three more times.
9. Spread mixture onto 2 large cookie sheets to cool.
