Pork Chops

  2. Brown both sides of pork chops in 2-3 tbsp vegetable oil on medium-high heat, about 2 minutes per side.

  4. Add garlic powder, onion powder, steak spice, soya sauce, Worcestershire sauce and water.
  5. 3.
  6. Continue to cook on medium-high heat, turning pork chops as necessary, until the meat is cooked and the water is evaporated.
  7. Add more water as needed.
  8. 4.
  9. Swish the pork around in the frying pan and serve.
