Pork Chops
- 4 pieces Pork Chops
- 3 Tablespoons Vegetable Oil
- 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
- 1 teaspoon Onion Powder
- 1 teaspoon Steak Spice
- 12 dashes Soya Sauce
- 12 drops Worcestershire Sauce
- 1- 1/2 cup Water
- 1.
- Brown both sides of pork chops in 2-3 tbsp vegetable oil on medium-high heat, about 2 minutes per side.
- 2.
- Add garlic powder, onion powder, steak spice, soya sauce, Worcestershire sauce and water.
- 3.
- Continue to cook on medium-high heat, turning pork chops as necessary, until the meat is cooked and the water is evaporated.
- Add more water as needed.
- 4.
- Swish the pork around in the frying pan and serve.
