A Better Moro-Kyuri (Moromi Miso with Cucumbers)

  1. Peel 5 sections of the cucumber lengthwise with a peeler.
  2. Lightly sprinkle salt.
  3. Cut the cucumbers into thirds.
  4. Then cut each piece into fourths.
  5. Arrange on a plate with the miso for dipping.
