Stewed Freeze-Dried Tofu and Spinach

  1. Cut spinach into 4 cm lengths.
  2. Reconstitute the freeze-dried tofu in water or luke-warm water and cut into 8 equal parts.
  3. Put the ingredients marked with a * in a pot and boil.
  4. Once it boils, add the tofu, cover with a lid slightly opened on one side, and simmer over low to medium heat for 7 to 8 minutes.
  5. Uncover and add the spinach.
  6. Once the spinach becomes tender, boil for about 5 more minutes and serve.
