Cookie Frosting

  1. In large bowl, using electric mixer at low speed, beat confectioners' sugar, butter, and vanilla.
  2. Beat until mixture reaches spreading consistency.
  3. Add more sugar or a little milk, if needed.
  4. Color frosting with liquid coloring (s) of your choice.
  5. Store any leftovers in airtight container in refrigerator or freezer.
