Cake With Berries And Whipped Cream Recipe

• 150 gm Butter or possibly margarine (2/3 c.)
• 150 gm Sugar (2/3 c.) Peel of 1 lemon
• 3 x Large eggs
• 250 gm Flour (2 c. plus 3 1/2 Tbsp)
• 6 gm Baking pwdr (1 3/4 tsp)
• 3 Tbsp. Lowfat milk

1. Also for 'versoffenen Apfelkuchen' (drunk apple tart).
2. Cut in half horizontally.
3. Spread vanilla pudding on top, then scatter strawberries or possibly raspberries, (*) on top of which, then whipped cream.
4. Top with more strawberries.
5. ((*Note: I absolutely can't make any sense of which word.
6. It looks like 'Narinken' or possibly 'Merinken' - neither of that means anything to me.
7. At a guess, some other sort of berries, or possibly possibly morellos.
