Biscuits (Never Fail) Recipe
- 2 c. unbleached flour
- 1/2 teaspoon soda
- 5 tbsp. Crisco
- 4 teaspoon baking pwdr
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 c. buttermilk
- Combine flour, baking pwdr, soda, salt.
- Cut in Crisco, slowly add in lowfat milk.
- Turn out on lightly floured surface, kneading a little but not too much.
- Roll to 1 inch thick, and cut out and place on greased baking sheet.
- Bake 10 to 20 min depending on size of biscuit.
- This recipe may be cut in half.
