Caprese Salad Baguette

  1. Drizzle olive oil over the bottom half of split baguette.
  2. Top with fresh basil leaves.
  3. Top with alternating slices of tomatoes and bocconcini.
  4. Add salt and pepper to taste.
  5. Drizzle with balsamic vinegar.
  6. Top with top half of baguette.
