Easier than Expected Awesome Cream Stew
- 300 grams Chicken
- 3 Potatoes
- 1 Carrot
- 1 Onion
- 1 Broccoli
- 30 grams Butter
- 3 tbsp Cake flour
- 400 ml~ Milk
- 600 ml~ *Water
- 3 *Consomme soup stock cubes
- 1 pinch Salt and pepper
- 1 flour (for dusting)
- Cut the potatoes and carrots into bite-size pieces and microwave for 3~5 minutes.
- Thinly slice the onion.
- Cut the chicken into bite-size pieces, season with salt and pepper and dust with flour (not listed).
- Cook the chicken and onions in a pan.
- Melt butter in a pot and add the cake flour (use a tea strainer), stirring to prevent scorching.
- When the butter and flour are combined, add milk, stirring vigorously to prevent lumps.
- Add the chicken, vegetables and * marked ingredients and cook over low heat for about 30 minutes.
- Season with salt and pepper and add the blanched broccoli.
- It's ready.
