Stir-Fried Chicken and Kamatsuna with Curry Mayonnaise
- 1 portion Chicken (breasts, tenders, or thigh meat)
- 1 bunch Komatsuna
- 2 tsp Sake
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1 tbsp Katakuriko
- 1 tbsp Vegetable oil
- 1 dash Salt
- 1 tbsp Sake
- 2 tsp Curry powder
- 2 tbsp Mayonnaise
- Slice the chicken into bite-sized pieces on the diagonal.
- Season with the sake and salt.
- Then rub in the katakuriko and vegetable oil.
- Parboil the komatsuna, and cut into 3-4 cm lengths.
- Stir-fry the Step 1 chicken.
- When the surface is browned, sprinkle with a dash of salt, and 1 tablespoon of sake.
- Cover with a lid, and steam-fry.
- When the chicken is cooked through, add the curry powder and mayonnaise, and mix.
- Add the komatsuna at the end, briefly mix, and you're done.
