Cucumber Yoghurt pasta
- 4 tbsp plain yoghurt
- 1/2 each Japanese cucumber
- 150 grams pasta
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 large chopped onion
- 1 pinch ground black pepper
- 1 tbsp butter
- Boil pasta in salted water
- Dice cucumber into bite size
- Heat pan and place butter, coat pan with butter
- Add onions, and salt and pepper
- Saute onions until golden brown and sweet, roughly 10 minutes
- Drain pasta
- Add in Yoghurt, onions and cucumber.
- Mix well
