paprika pork steak in wine

• 1 large onion chopped
• 4 pork steak
• 1/4 cup paprika
• 1 salt to taste
• 1 granulated garlic powder
• 1/3 cup Shaoxing wine

1. in a pan add a little olive oil put in onions and pork steak on top of onions add spices to pork steak brown your steak turn spice the other side after almost done add the wine deglaze the pan reduce it way down
