Club Chicken Salad With Hot Bacon Dressing (Hudson's)

  1. Broil chicken til done (about 8 minutes).
  2. While it is still warm, cut it into strips and place in a bowl with 1/2 cup hot bacon dressing.
  3. Set aside to cool to room temperature.
  4. In a large bowl, toss tomatoes with both lettuces.
  5. Divide among 4 large salad plates.
  6. Arrange chicken on top and sprinkle with crumbled bacon.
  7. Drizzle 2 T. dressing over top of each salad.
  8. (makes 4 servings).
