Cinnamon Honey Compound Butter
- 3/4 cup salted butter, room temperature
- 2 tbsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp brown sugar
- 2 tbsp honey
- 1 mold to hold butter, found in most craft stores
- In bowl cream butter, honey and cinnamon and sugar.
- Spread butter firmly into molds.
- Chill butter for several hours.
- Remove butter from molds and store in an airtight container using wax paper in between layers of butter pats.
- To use, just remove the amount you need a few minutes before putting on toast so it softens a bit.
