Cinnamon Honey Compound Butter

  1. In bowl cream butter, honey and cinnamon and sugar.
  2. Spread butter firmly into molds.
  3. Chill butter for several hours.
  4. Remove butter from molds and store in an airtight container using wax paper in between layers of butter pats.
  5. To use, just remove the amount you need a few minutes before putting on toast so it softens a bit.
