SHAKE'N BAKE Cranberry Pork Chops

  1. SPOON cranberry sauce into bottom of large casserole.
  2. EMPTY coating mix into shaker bag and add orange rind.
  3. DIP pork chops into orange juice and then into coating mix.
  4. Place pork chops on top of cranberry sauce and sprinkle with remaining coating mix.
  5. Bake at 350F (180C) for 35 minutes.
