Scalloped Potatoes With Sour Cream Recipe
- 1 lg. pkg. hash brown potatoes
- 1/2 c. minced onion
- 1 c. lowfat sour cream
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 c. lowfat milk
- 1 pkg. Cheddar cheese
- Put 1 large package of hash brown potatoes in bottom of 9 x 13 inch cake pan, 1/2 c. minced onion over potatoes.
- Dot with butter and salt to taste.
- Mix 1 c. lowfat sour cream, 1 can mushroom soup and 1 c. lowfat milk.
- Pour over top of potatoes.
- Sprinkle 1 package of Cheddar cheese over top.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour and 15 min.
- Can use ham also if you like.
