Scalloped Potatoes With Sour Cream Recipe

  1. Put 1 large package of hash brown potatoes in bottom of 9 x 13 inch cake pan, 1/2 c. minced onion over potatoes.
  2. Dot with butter and salt to taste.
  3. Mix 1 c. lowfat sour cream, 1 can mushroom soup and 1 c. lowfat milk.
  4. Pour over top of potatoes.
  5. Sprinkle 1 package of Cheddar cheese over top.
  6. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour and 15 min.
  7. Can use ham also if you like.
