Marinated Cauliflower on Greens

• 1/2 medium cauliflower, cut into small florets Safeway 1 lb For $1.99 thru 02/09
• 1 bottle (250mL) Kraft Three Cheese Ranch Dressing
• 1 bunch fresh spinach leaves, torn
• 1 radicchio, torn
• 1 orange, cut into segments
• toasted sliced almonds

1. TO marinate cauliflower, place florets in large plastic bag; pour dressing over and secure tightly.
2. Place bag in bowl and refrigerate overnight to tenderize.
3. JUST before serving: toss greens together and place in a serving dish.
4. TOP with marinated cauliflower, orange segments and nuts.
