Potato Soup

  1. Put bouillon and ham in large kettle.
  2. Bring to boil.
  3. Add onion, potatoes, parsley flakes, seasoning salt and chervil.
  4. Simmer 1 1/2 hours.
  5. Break up potatoes, I use my masher and do it lightly.
  6. Add evaporated milk and simmer for 15 minutes.
