Peach/Pear Cobbler Recipe
- 1 box yellow cake mix
- 2 (17 ounce.) cans fruit (1 peach, 1 pear)
- 1 (3 ounce.) pkg. lemon gelatin
- 1 stick butter
- 1 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 1/2 c. fruit juices from both cans
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
- Mix cake.
- Mix flour with the stick of butter, cut with fork till crumbly.
- Place the flour mix into a 9x13 inch square pan, then place slices of fruit on top, sprinkle the Jello pwdr on top of the fruits.
- Poke holes in the mix and pour the juice, sprinkle the cinnamon.
- Bake for 40 to 45 min.
- Garnish with whipped cream or possibly ice cream.
