Spice Rub For Grilling, Roasting, Sauteing and Smokers
- 1/4 cup light brown sugar
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tbsp chili powder
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp cajun seasoning
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper, more if you like it spicy
- 1/2 tsp lemon pepper
- Combine all ingredients in a food processor and blend, or whisk very well in a bowl.
