Italian Vegetable Crouton Bake

  1. Preheat oven to 350u0b0.
  2. In each of three small mixing bowls, toss sliced squash with garlic salt; stir Italian Blend into tomatoes and toss onion with Italian pepper.
  3. Set these bowls aside.
  4. Spray 3 or 4-quart casserole dish with nonstick cooking spray.
  5. Layer 1 cup croutons, 1 cup squash mixture, 1 cup tomato mixture, 1/2 cup onion mixture and 1 cup Cheddar cheese.
  6. Repeat this process.
  7. Pour melted margarine evenly over top.
  8. Cover and bake for 45 minutes.
  9. Remove cover and bake an additional 10 minutes.
  10. Makes 12 servings.
