Cut Out Sorghum Cookies Recipe

• 1 c. sugar
• 1 c. shortening
• 2/3 c. sorghum
• 2 Large eggs
• 1 teaspoon cinnamon
• About 4 c. flour
• 1/2 teaspoon ginger
• 1/2 teaspoon salt
• 4 teaspoon soda in 4 teaspoon warm water

1. Cream sugar, shortening, sorghum and Large eggs.
2. Add in other ingredients.
3. May need to add in a little more than 4 c. of flour, so dough is easy to roll out and cut.
4. Roll to desired width; cut out.
5. Bake 12 to 15 min at 350 degrees.
