Roasted Soy Flour and Milk Agar Agar
- 400 grams Soy milk (or milk)
- 50 grams Kinako
- 30 grams Brown sugar
- 4 grams Powdered kanten
- 1 Kuromitsu (for decoration)
- 1 Kinako (for decoration)
- Put the roasted soy flour, brown sugar and powdered kanten in a bowl.
- Mix well with a whisk.
- Add soy milk (or milk) and continue to mix well with a whisk.
- When it's mixed, place over heat.
- It will burn easily, so keep mixing and heat it until it boils.
- Once it has come to the boil, immediately remove from heat.
- Pour into a container.
- When it cools down, chill in the fridge.
- Top with kinako and kuromitsu and enjoy!
