Hamburger Stew
- 2 pounds Ground Beef, Browned & Drained
- 2 bags (16 0z.) Frozen Mixed Vegetables
- 2 cans (14 Oz.) Beef Broth
- 1 envelope (2 Oz.) Beef/Onion Dry Soup Mix
- 2 Tablespoons Cornstarch Mixed With 1/4 C. Water
- 1 whole Batch Of Mashed Potatoes Or Noodles
- After ground beef has been browned & drained, place back on stove over medium high heat.
- To this pan, add the mixed vegetables, beef broth, and dry soup mix.
- Let this mixture simmer for about 5 minutes, then add the slurry of cornstarch and water, mixing thoroughly.
- Bring to a light boil again for just a minute or two to thicken.
- Serve over the mashed potatoes or hot cooked noodles.
