Classic grilled cheese with tomato

  1. In a non-stick pan, lightly coat with olive oil by either drizzling each piece of bread or spreading pan with oil-covered paper towel.
  2. In a mixing bowl blend the malt vinegar, Parmesan, and Cheddar cheese together.
  3. Depending on how big your tomato is, add 2-4 slices on each slice of toast.
  4. Sprinkle the mixed cheese over the tomato.
  5. Top with second piece of bread.
  6. As soon as the cheese has melted and is bubbling hot!
