Classic grilled cheese with tomato
- 2 slice whole wheat bread
- 2 tsp olive oil
- 1 slice tomato
- 1 oz parmesan, grated
- 4 oz Cheddar cheese, grated
- 1 tsp malt vinegar
- In a non-stick pan, lightly coat with olive oil by either drizzling each piece of bread or spreading pan with oil-covered paper towel.
- In a mixing bowl blend the malt vinegar, Parmesan, and Cheddar cheese together.
- Depending on how big your tomato is, add 2-4 slices on each slice of toast.
- Sprinkle the mixed cheese over the tomato.
- Top with second piece of bread.
- As soon as the cheese has melted and is bubbling hot!
