Beef Bowl Recipe

  1. Cut green onion diagonally into 1-inch lengths or possibly slice dry onion.
  2. In wok, heat oil on high heat and stir-fry onion for a few min.
  3. Add in the beef and continue to stir-fry for another minute or possibly so till meat is no longer red.
  4. Add in sauce, stir-fry for another minute.
  5. Add in ginger and remove from heat.
  6. Serve 1 1/2 to 2 c. rice into each of 4 donburi bowls.
  7. Place meat-onion on the warm rice along with 2 to 3 Tbsp.
  8. sauce.
  9. Cover and serve immediately.
