Dulce Zacatecano

  1. Sliced peeled bananas lenghthwise.
  2. Sautee in butter until light brown (they will smell wonderful).
  3. Drain and set in shallow cake pan.
  4. Spread a thin layer of sugar (not all!)
  5. evenly over bananas.
  6. Whip cream together with remaining ingredients.
  7. Spread cream on bananas.
  8. Chill at least one hour.
  9. Serve cold.
