Pizza Potatoes

  1. In a saucepan, bring tomatoes, water and oregano to a boil.
  2. Meanwhile, combine the potatoes and contents of its sauce mix in a greased 1 1/2 quart baking dish.
  3. Place pepperoni over potatoes, then pour the tomato sauce over top.
  4. Pour the boiling tomato mixture over top of it all.
  5. Bake at 375 for 50-60 minutes.
  6. Sprinkle with cheese and bake 5-10 minutes longer.
