Juicy Pan-Fried Pork with Ginger

  1. Coat the pork loin with a suitable amount of katakuriko and set aside.
  2. Create the flavoring from the ingredients and set aside (Be sure to grate the onion against the grain.)
  3. Add oil (not listed) to a pan and lightly heat the onions.
  4. Once they've become slightly transparent, transfer to a separate plate and set aside.
  5. In the same pan, add more oil and fry both sides of the pork.
  6. Once the pork has fried, add the onions you put on a separate plate, and the flavoring.
  7. Once you've mixed everything together it's complete.
