Juicy Pan-Fried Pork with Ginger
- 250 to 300 grams Pork loin (for pan-fried pork with ginger)
- 1/2 Onion
- 1 Katakuriko
- 1 Ginger (grated)
- 3 tbsp Soy sauce
- 3 tbsp Mirin
- 3 tbsp Sake
- 1/2 Grated onion (against the grain)
- Coat the pork loin with a suitable amount of katakuriko and set aside.
- Create the flavoring from the ingredients and set aside (Be sure to grate the onion against the grain.)
- Add oil (not listed) to a pan and lightly heat the onions.
- Once they've become slightly transparent, transfer to a separate plate and set aside.
- In the same pan, add more oil and fry both sides of the pork.
- Once the pork has fried, add the onions you put on a separate plate, and the flavoring.
- Once you've mixed everything together it's complete.
