Black Bean Hummus
- 16 ounces black beans
- 1 tablespoon tahini (sesame paste)
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 each limes juiced
- 2 each garlic cloves sliced
- 1 x salt and black pepper to taste
- 1 teaspoon cumin ground
- In a food procesor, combine all the ingredients and process until smooth.
- Cover and refrigerate until ready to use.
- Bring to room temperature before serving.
