BBQ Marinade Recipe

• 1 c Sherry
• 1 c Ketchup
• 1/2 c Soy
• 4 tbsp Brown Sugar
• 4 tbsp Dried Minced Onion
• 3 tbsp Crushed Garlic
• 1 tbsp Dried Parsley
• 1/2 tbsp Ginger Paste

1. Mix Sherry, Soy and Ketchup till combined.
2. Dissolve brown sugar into the mixture.
3. Add all other ingredients.
4. Pour over meat and chill.
