Mexican Style Chili With Venison Recipe

  1. Brown pork sausage and venison in large saucepan on simmer.
  2. Remove sausage and venison from saucepan.
  3. Saute/fry onions and bell pepper.
  4. Add in sausage and venison; then add in remaining ingredients and sufficient water to cover.
  5. Simmer for 3-4 hrs, stirring occasionally.
  6. Add in remaining water as needed.
