Smashed Bacon Ranch Potatoes

  1. Cook potatoes in boiling salted water until very tender, 15-20 minutes.
  2. Drain; return to saucepan and mash coarsely.
  3. Cook bacon until browned; drain & crumble.
  4. Pour off drippings from skillet leaving clinging particles in skillet.
  5. add potatoes, salad dressing, milk and vinegar to skillet, stir until well blended.
  6. Cook, stirring constantly until hot.
  7. Add salt & pepper to taste.
