Mushrooms in Pastry

• 1 lb mushroom, sliced
• 9 ounces cheese, grated
• 1 tablespoon olive oil
• 14 teaspoon ground cinnamon
• 18 teaspoon ground cloves
• 1 teaspoon ground ginger
• 18 teaspoon grains of paradise
• 14 teaspoon sugar
• 1 (9 inch) pie crusts

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
2. Grind grains of paradise.
3. Mix cinnamon, cloves, ginger, sugar and ground grains of paradise.
4. Mix mushrooms, 2/3 of cheese, spices and oil.
5. Put mixture into crust, put remaining cheese over.
6. Bake about 20-25 minutes.
