crusted rice

  1. Heat ghee
  2. Add rice
  3. Peel wash carrots chop about 1 inch long
  4. Add carrots
  5. Add onions
  6. Add water except tablespoon
  7. Mix tomatoes and sugar and spices together
  8. When liquid is almost gone add tomatoes
  9. Mix tablespoons of water and cornstarch together when water is almost gone add cornstarch solution let cook getting a brown crust on bottom drain off excess ghee
  10. Cook longer getting crust on rice enjoy
